The Challenge

As agencies scrambled to jump on the Web3 trend, most delivered gimmicks, not infrastructure. At BPG, we didn't want to launch a stunt — we wanted to build a scalable system for clients, brands, and creators to explore Web3 as a practical tool, not hype.

But BPG had never built a metaverse space.
No internal Web3 team.
No blockchain infrastructure.
No playbook.

So I built it myself.

The Idea

Create BPGverse — an agency-first Web3 framework, fully owned, designed, and deployed in-house.

Not just to demo NFTs.

But to create a living, interactive ecosystem where:

  • • Clients could showcase brand IP
  • • Users could learn Web3 behaviors in real time
  • • BPG could pitch immersive campaigns with working prototypes, not PDFs

It wasn't a playground.
It was a proving ground.

Execution (I Did It All)

  • • Built the full BPGverse prototype solo
  • • Created brand zones, social interaction spaces, and NFT gallery mockups
  • • Wrote the framework strategy for how brands could enter the space
  • • Developed onboarding scripts and UX flows for clients unfamiliar with Web3
  • • Integrated design thinking into every virtual zone: exploration, reward, brand IP, community

Behind the scenes:

  • • Engineered a roadmap connecting tokenization, avatar interactions, and creative asset pipelines
  • • Educated the internal team through sessions and pilot runs
  • • Handled all UI/UX, concept design, and platform simulation demos

Why It Mattered
